Q: Where do orders ship from?
A: Our US West Coast warehouse. We currently deliver within the United States.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Normal delivery takes 2–7 days depending on your destination. Delivery times are estimates.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: During our three-month grand opening promotion, all products and all order amounts qualify for free US shipping automatically, with no code or minimum purchase. The offer ends January 4, 2027 at 8:00 AM PST (January 5, 2027 at 12:00 AM Beijing time). After the promotion, orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping; lower-value orders use weight-based rates shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Q: Can I return an order?
A: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us with your order number before sending it back. The buyer pays return shipping for non-quality-related returns. If an item has a quality issue or arrives damaged, contact us with photos so we can arrange a resolution.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: We issue refunds to the original payment method within 3 days after receiving the returned items. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

A: Bows and archery, slingshots, axes and tools, camping gear, men’s outdoor clothing, footwear, and kids outdoor gear.
