Returns and Refunds

Alex Carter Outdoors is operated by Nexbridge Global Inc.

Request a return

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email support@alexcarteroutdoors.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before mailing an item back.

Return shipping

For returns unrelated to a quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange the appropriate resolution and return instructions.

Refunds

We will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 days after receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
