Grand Opening Free Shipping

All products and all order amounts qualify for free US shipping during our three-month launch promotion. The offer is applied automatically at checkout; no discount code or minimum purchase is required.

The promotion is active from October 5, 2026 until January 4, 2027 at 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (January 5, 2027 at 12:00 AM Beijing time).

Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from our US West Coast warehouse. We currently deliver within the United States. Normal delivery takes 2–7 days depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier conditions.

Standard Shipping After the Promotion

When the launch promotion ends, our regular shipping rates apply. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below $50, shipping is calculated by total shipment weight: $10 for up to 1 lb, increasing by $3 for each subsequent weight band up to 10 lb; shipments above 10 lb are $40. The available rate is shown at checkout.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address before you send the items back.

For returns unrelated to a product quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange a resolution.

Refund Timing

We issue refunds within 3 days after receiving the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
